Return policy

At Store-Imperial, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, simply email us at contact@store-imperial.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
